Bold and Beautiful Conversations,LLC, founded by Dr. Michelle McKinley-Hunter is a training and development platform designed to offer educational and motivational support for new teachers. Some of the services offered are: classroom management support, building a positive, cultural environment, building productive teacher/student relationships, teacher self-care, and more.

Michelle's Story
WELL HELLO, ALL.
I'm a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. My story is very simple and to the point. I have my Bachelors in Buisness Management, an MBA and received my Doctorate of Education, Specializing in Reading and Literacy in September 2023. I am entering into my 24th year in education. In addition, I am an inspiring motivational speaker, having a strong love for helping others find their hidden passions within themselves.

A few of my hobbies are word search puzzles, creating PowerPoint presentations, reading self-help resources, and listening to jazz music. I love meeting new people, that way I can continue to learn more about how to love, how to improve, and how to fulfill life's ultimate dreams and desires.
​
My desire to build an educational career in communication happened when I was in the 11th grade. I was in my communication application class and it allowed me to channel my energy into knowing how to speak fluently and effectively. Even though my desired career was not to become a teacher, it helped me build my confidence in speaking and my self-awareness of who, what, and where I want to be. I continued to build my knowledge and skill of becoming a more phenomenal speaker through teaching and educating others.

"The Road To Success"-Graduation Ceremony
I had the honor of being in the presence of Dr. Michelle McKinley-Hunter as she delivered an empowering and motivating speech to the women of Sarah's House. At this event, the women successfully completed a program called " The Road to Success " which is geared towards healthy lifestyles , public speaking , interview etiquette and so much more . Dr. Michelle was asked to speak catering to the topic, "What does success look like?" Her professionalism and eagerness to render aid made our program a success . I wish her all the best endeavors life has to offer.

Dr. McKinley-Hunter was an amazing mentor. Although I only worked with her for a short period of time, I learned so much from her. She always had time for me especially during the lesson planning process. She provided me with helpful tools to use when navigating my classroom. I wish I was able to work under Dr. McKinley-Hunter longer because I knew I was being elevated by her.
